RunBestie is entertainment for adults. It is not relationship, legal, medical, or psychological advice. The AI can be wrong. A verdict is a joke about the texts, not a finding about a person. No clinical labels.

By scanning a chat you confirm you were part of the chat and have the right to share it. Do not upload a chat involving anyone under 18. Do not use a report to harass someone.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those guarantees, we are not liable for decisions you or anyone else makes because of a report or a card. Entertainment only.

You own the cards made from your report. You grant us a licence to render and host those cards so we can show them to you and, where sharing is allowed, at the share link.

We may suspend access, or remove a report, if someone abuses the service, uploads a chat they were not part of, or uses a report to harass someone.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date they last changed. Using RunBestie after that date means the updated terms apply.

Payments and refunds

TODO: Stripe later. This section will cover prices, when a payment is taken, and refunds. Nothing is charged today.

Safety

We may detect self-harm, threats, or abuse in a chat. If we do, we may turn the jokes off and show support lines: 1800RESPECT (1800 737 732), Lifeline (13 11 14), and 000. That is not a promise that we will find every risk, and RunBestie is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 000.
